Confirmation at Lord of Life

Thinking through, practicing, strengthening, and owning one's faith is an important part of growing up. Confirmation/Affirmation of Baptism preparation  at Lord of Life is designed to help parents and sponsors fulfill the promises they made at the baptisms of their children.

Confirmation is a 2+ year program at Lord of Life.  Students begin Confirmation instruction as 6th graders and spend two years learning the traditional materials. Their 8th grade year will be spent working with a mentor, doing community service, and reflecting on what they’ve learned. They will then be confirmed at the beginning of their 9th grade school year.
